My name is Natalia Camille, and I am currently doing my Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. This means that I study human behavior in the workplace. Besides being a doctoral candidate, I have worked since I was 14 years old and have encountered multiple workplace situations across the years. I also have a master's degree in Psychology and am a HUGE nerd in everything related to Psychology and Business.
I have created this blog to share my knowledge and experiences that led me to study what I do. The point of this blog is so that you, the reader, can identify these red flags at work and know what steps to take so you can have a healthier work-life balance. You deserve it!
